Anyone out there???

Hi there Sassy Sisters!

Um...Hello...where have you all gone??? I haven't seen many comments lately....I'm really hoping your just super busy and that it's not because you all have fell off the wagon! So if your still in...please give me a "What's up" from time to time :)

So...have any of you read the book "Eat this not that" If you haven't...you should check it out (costco)...my sister in law got one the other day and it was really fun to see all the stuff we are eating then on the same page they tell you a better alternative...Some of the stuff really amazed me!...They also have kids book that is equally as good.

Just got finished with a mean game of Uno with the fam...It's so great that everyone is old enough to play and it actually be FUN!!!

Hope you all are enjoying this holiday season...HO HO HO!

Sweet dreams you little cupcakes :)

I'm here, I'm here. I am still on the wagon! I have had a very busy week since I left your house. Work, school, Kai....oh and the stinkin' rash I have (guess I'm allergic to mangos).
By the way, I loved see you and the family. I miss you guys so much. Thanks for everything sis.
I love to hear that you guys are playing with the Uno cards I gave you. It is such a simple, yet great game. My students have fun playing it. Me too.
Love you Jenny Penny!!

Oh, I am still here and I am about 30 miles behind the wagon. I am off and left behind.
02-01-10, that's my day! Don't tell Sherron. I feel like I disappoint that sweet thing.

I do appreciate my legs, everyday I appreciate them hauling my behind around all day long. Bless their hard work ;)

The race, I am not going out if it is raining or too cold. How does that sound for motivation.

Tell your husband to send me some ice cream too!

How is this for motivation for your readers, am I kicked off now?

I did have a wonderful day with you. I am glad the housework waited. So much for that goal as well.

Well, you know I'll be good for a comment or two! On or off the wagon -- just ask me, I'll tell all! Shelley, there are way too many weeks left to not get back on! You can do it I know it...I am trying to get back on too. I have zero willpower. I am just glad for the things I am able to do and focus on the accomplishments rather than those points I missed. I figure any of it is better than what I was doing! Here's to another week coming to a close. I went to a friends for bunco tonight and did great (skipped the wine and soda) but let myself have dessert. And I feel good about it!

Oh I am here. It is 12:01, new day can I eat?? haha. Doing great I feel like having chocolate everyone once in a while then I hit myself over the head with any thing I can find.

Shelley...you can do this! Join us again this week. Today, don't wait till Feb. Start now and when Feb comes you will be saying gee I am glad I don't have to go thru all that stuff again...start now. (Oh Hi my name is Jayme :)

Tomorrow is Women of Faith all day Friday and then all day Saturday. Do you think people wouldn't mind if I walk the steps for 45 minutes while watching and listening? Just a thought. But one day is my Birthday so I am not going to let that win. I have to stick to this. My age I need to. And my new age really needs to. :)

Oh did I say I want chocolate?? On Sunday we are going on the Polar Express train, they hand out hot choc and ALL you can eat chocolate chip cookies. HELP!! I better take some gum. But my night feedings have just down right stopped, I don't care anymore. Until midnight when it is a new day. Just kidding. I love this and what I have discovered it comes within.

Have a Good weekend ladies...

Laura... this is the best statement ever! "I am just glad for the things I am able to do and focus on the accomplishments rather than those points I missed.. I figure any of it is better than what I was doing!"
I wish more people were thinking this way... that's the crux of wellness... 'balance & awareness'... it's not an 'all or nothing', 'win or lose', 'on or off', 'good or bad', 'right or wrong' deal. Every little lifestlye change helps. I think I said it in week 1 comments... give yourself credit for each point you earn, versus punishing yourself for those you may miss. It's truly not about scoring perfect points each week, it's about becoming aware of your behaviors and finding the right balance for yourself. Everyone's different... GOOD LUCK ladies : )

Hey Ladies,
Sounds like we are all having our up and downs. I agree with Laura and Susanne, we have to focus on what we are acomplishing not where we fail. I think we are all in a better place than we were 4 weeks ago! Not eating sweets after 8 is killing me, but at least i am not doing it all week anymore, just a few days when i can't seem to resist the urge. That alone is keeping me from consuming thousands of calories a week! I am off now for my exercise, my secret to staying thin??? Hauling a gas powered blower on my back and cleaning up 3.5 acres!!!
Stay strong and have a great weekend!
By the way, i can't make the walk but i think we should try to get together some weekend for a wellness walk of our own. There are a ton of great hikes up here in Grass Valley, Nevada City!
