3 down....3 to go!!!

Yippee!!! Woohoo!!! Yahhoo!!! Today is the last day of the challenge....(the current one that is)!!! We did it girls....3 months....we are awesome!!!! Here's a BIG thanks to Sherron for putting and keeping it all together...your the best!

Alright sweet cheeks...now on to new things...tomorrow is the first day of the new challenge...I hope you all are looking forward to the next 3 months...Don't give up....I know you can do it....believe me if I can go 12 weeks without soda (and not even taking free points on it)...anyone can :)...please share any ideas...recipes...books...etc...anything that is helping or not helping during your journey.

I hope you all have had a great (junk food filled) weekend...ha!

Yes here we go again!!! Oh how darn exciting!! I have loved doing this the last 3 months. Thank you Sherron! Now on to the next three months...Thank you Jen! Oh how sweet it sounds! You know Jen, I have not even wanted a soda. Now is that strange? And to think 3 months ago I would have said to you ...what no sweets and soda? But I jumped in and here we are. We have gain so much more. Best of Luck in the next 3 months...we All can do this.

Whoo hoo... Here we go. So looking forward to these 3 months and so glad to have such a great support network. Thank you Jen for getting this challenge going for us. Okay, off to exercise. :)

I have been looking forward to this for a while now...somehow it was my "magic" day to make things happen. So, I gobbled up a few cookies last night and said "so long, farewell..." Then, I had a super run this morning and I am wondering how I will ever want to give up a point. It seems so simple from my vantage point right here! (Remind me of this audacious statement when I am whining in a couple of weeks!) Do people get perfect scores? I really want to get a perfect score!!! Alright, V, let's take it one day at a time! Okay, I have just a couple questions...does "soda" include diet soda? (I kinda hope so, because that would be an AWESOME habit to break!) Also, once a free point has been used for the day, is there a limit to the amount of "freedom" one chooses to indulge in??? : ) I'm kinda cracking myself up because, here it is, day one and I've already used a free point in two categories for this week - I may be subconsciously trying to prove I will NOT be "all or nothing" in this!!! Normally, I'd start out perfectly, then in a few days, when I mess up I'd throw out the baby with the bath water! So, maybe if I "mess up" right from the start, I can begin that process of one step at a time...and this is OKAY!!! Thanks to you Jen for putting this together!

OK - off to a good start! Hopefully, I'm saying this every day. Want to get healthy and loose a few extra pounds as a bonus. lol - Anyway, thanks, Jen, for sharing with all of us. Thanks for answering my questions Jen...and I am somewhat excited/apprehensive about the soda thing - I've been wanting to kick that habit for some time and just haven't had the real motivation to do it, so HERE GOES!!!
